Do you charge for withdrawals?

If you have received a charge for your withdrawal, it will have come from your bank or payment method provider’s side of the transaction. We absorb any costs on our side, however, we can’t guarantee there won’t be costs incurred through your bank or payment provider. We can’t reimburse any charges set by third-parties.

It may be worth contacting your bank or payment provider prior to the withdrawal, to find out about their fee structure.
